This is a pre-order. You pay now, and your planner is printed after pre-orders close. Prices include VAT. Postage is added at checkout: UK £3.95, Ireland and Europe £11.95, USA and rest of the world £21.95. You must be 18 or over to order.
Your planner will be posted in December 2026. We're at the mercy of the printers and the postal services, so we can never promise exact delivery dates. Orders outside the UK may arrive after Christmas and may be charged import duties or taxes by your country, which you pay. Please check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for a planner sent to the address you gave us.
You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund, including postage, any time before your planner is posted: just email us. Once it arrives, you have 14 days to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back unused and in its original condition. You pay the return postage, and we refund the price and the original postage within 14 days of receiving it back.
If your planner arrives damaged or misprinted, or hasn't arrived 30 days after we post it (UK) or 45 days (elsewhere), email us with your order details (and a photo, if it's damaged). We'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Your order includes the planner app, which you can use straight away, and access to the online Planner Portal (training and downloads), which opens in December 2026. We'll email you your Portal login. If you cancel your pre-order before then, you're refunded in full. Once you've used the app or logged in to the Portal, you can't cancel just those; cancelling the planner itself is covered above. The app, the Portal and their content are for your own use and mustn't be shared or resold.
If something stops us printing or posting the planner, we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund you in full.

Like many small businesses, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help with parts of our work, for example drafting and editing words, designs, emails, social posts, training materials, and answering or sorting customer messages. Everything we publish or send is checked by a person before it goes out, and we stay responsible for it. Some content may be created or edited with AI help, and while we check it carefully, it may occasionally contain mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us. We only use AI tools from providers who keep your information secure and don't use it to train their own systems. We don't put your personal information into AI tools unless it's needed to deal with your order or message, and never sell it. You can ask us any time how your information is used.
We use your details to process your order, post your planner, give you Portal access and email you about your order. See our privacy policy for more.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
